£32,000 to £35,000 per annum plus company van.

The role of Night Cleaning Manager will support our Transport division in overseeing the cleaning of two train depots. You will be the most senior Manager on-site during the night shift and will oversee a team of 25 operatives to ensure agreed cleaning standards are achieved and maintained and all site/periodic spends come within budgeted working hours.

As Night Cleaning Manager, you will:

Ensure target staffing levels at site are achieved and maintained at all times. Collate and process weekly payroll and HR information. Train and manage site supervisors in Health & Safety and cleaning tasks. Ensure employees adhere to the Company Health and Safety procedure at all times. Ensure all KPI's are completed by deadlines. Carry out quality inspections with the customer or their representative monthly. Recruit, develop and place cleaning staff. Maintain accurate staff records to include any leave and absence.

As Night Cleaning Manager, you'll have:

A 5-year checkable work history. Awareness of COSHH, H&S and IOSH. Experience within a similar Cleaning Management role. Ideally exposure to cleaning of depots of trains/stations. A willingness to contribute to the development and implementation of the overall ethos/work/aims of Churchill. Ability to multi-task with a methodical approach with an ability to work under pressure. The ability to adhere to manual handling and health and safety regulations as required.

You will also be required to undergo pre-employment and ad hoc medical and drug tests.
