Night Duty Manager, up to £ 33,000, South West LondonThe Night Duty Manager is responsible for overseeing daily operations at the development and acts as the primary point of contact for any issues or incidents involving customers, staff, or visitors. You will utilise available resources - such as staff and contractors internal It systems - to ensure top-tier service, in line with management contracts, leases, and service standards. Additionally, the Duty Manager will uphold the highest Health & Safety standards and embody the company values.

Participate in the recruitment and development of team members while ensuring compliance with standard operating procedures and HR policies.* Contractor Management: Collaborate with other site team members to oversee contractor management processes. Use the company systems to ensure contracts are executed effectively and that contractor work is monitored for quality and compliance.* Asset Management: Support ongoing asset management routines, ensuring planned maintenance, risk actions, and mobilisation tasks are completed efficiently and on time.* Mobilisation: Assist in the mobilisation process, working closely with clients, the support teams and other stakeholders. Ensure all mobilisation tasks are completed and properly recorded.* Health & Safety: Champion Health & Safety initiatives, ensuring all risks are identified and addressed. Collaborate with team members, contractors, and clients to maintain high health & safety standards. Duties may include routine inspections, alarm checks, and pool water testing.* Driving License: a valid UK driving license (minimum category B) is required to operate a bin tug for waste management in compliance with health and safety regulations.
