We are looking for a Night RVN to join our clients fantastic Veterinary Hospital and dedicated OOHs service on a full time permanent basis working a rolling rota of: 4 nights on, 7 off, 3 nights on, 7 off (rolling rota) Average of 31.5hrs per week Shift times, 19:00 to 08:30 Working within the hospitals
dedicated OOHs service which provides ECC and Out of Hours Veterinary Care for the hospitals own patients and for veterinary practices across the Somerset region.
The service sees a varied caseload ranging from traumas, toxin ingestions, blocked bladders, GDVs, C-sections and much more! The role is working alongside the dedicated night Vet, a Twilight Animal Care Assistant, and a Twilight RVN who are involved in patient triage and arranging appointments. Alongside the Night Vet, you will be providing care for inpatients as well as preparing for OOHs surgeries and carrying out anaesthesia.
