The team here supports our locations with homemade grab & go options along with various other offerings from cooked lunches to event catering. Head Chef
to join our team at one of our fantastic Central Production Hubs in
London . As the Head Chef, you will be responsible for the night management, preparation, and service of food, ensuring that the highest standards are maintained at all times to the standards required by the company. You will ensure that strict hygiene controls are kept in all kitchen areas under supervision and that the food operation runs smoothly, including the maintenance and cleaning of the kitchen. You will work with fresh seasonal ingredients & regularly changing bespoke menus. You will be creative and have the opportunity to showcase your skillset. Key responsibilities: Work well in a team, providing breakfast, lunch & hospitality from our central food hub in South London. Produce food for service using fresh ingredients, cooking from scratch and following the company's brand standards. Ensure company food standards are adhered to and wastage controlled. Follow all Food Hygiene and Health & Safety policies and allergen control procedures. Provide excellent customer service. Be a great team player. You will have the following skills: A genuine interest in food & excellent customer service. An all-round team player. Innovation and passion for great food. An organized person with attention to detail. Ability to demonstrate reasonable/good understanding and use of verbal English. Ability to demonstrate reasonable/good standard of written English and reading skills. Similar experience in a customer and/or food preparation environment is preferred. Why Join Us?
