Whitstable Job Description: Assist with daily activities of patients in clinic and at home. Maintain patient charts and records. Communicate with the referring physician to coordinate care for patients. Perform administrative tasks such as scheduling appointments, answering phones, and confirming patient appointments. Provide administrative support to physicians, including answering questions about insurance coverage, billing, and prior authorizations. Prepare and distribute patient reports to patients. Requirements: Work experience in the industry. Education: GCSE or equivalent (preferred). Experience: Care home: 1 year (preferred); Home care: 1 year (preferred). Language: English (preferred).
