Here at ABP Linden Burradon, located in Northeast of UK, we are currently recruiting for the ideal candidate to join our Night Hygiene Team as a Night Hygiene Manager.

Role definition:
To maintain effective hygiene controls throughout the site to the required standards. To effectively manage and complete all aspects relating to cleaning and hygiene. Maintain effective communications between the Technical Manager and night cleaning operatives. To manage staff effectively and safely. Main Duties and Responsibilities:
To ensure that all plant and equipment is cleaned in accordance with planned schedules. To ensure all staff are fully trained in chemical use and cleaning operations. To ensure manning levels are sufficient to meet the needs of the business within commercial restraints. To manage holiday requests and provide cover, as well as absence management. To visually inspect all areas of the site post clean down to ensure cleanliness. To ensure cleaning is carried out in accordance with operating procedures. To ensure effective management and control of resources e.g. Chemicals, (including titration checks, ordering and usage), equipment and water usage. To ensure that all plant and equipment is isolated and to report any faults in a timely manner. To ensure that performance targets are achieved and that any training needs are addressed, liaising with relevant department heads. Any other reasonable requests from management. Knowledge and Experience:
Previous management experience is essential. Knowledge of chemical use in this area is essential. Previous cleaning experience, however, this is not essential. Schedule:
