a Night Hygiene Supervisor

and help maintain the highest standards of cleanliness and food safety in our busy food manufacturing facility! Every day is different at The Bread Factory, but here are some of the things you will be doing: Lead the Night Hygiene Team as first-line Hygiene Supervisor and ensure the completion of hygiene schedules are maintained to a high standard. Coordinate the cleaning plan resources for the week. Verify and supervise the daily and weekly cleaning tasks. Ensure the daily and weekly schedule cleaning list is completed. Maintain hygiene standards, cleaning procedures, and practices in all production areas. Develop close working relationships with colleagues in other functions such as production, engineering, operations, and technical. Respond to audit reports and corrective action summaries to ensure work is carried out to an agreed timescale and manner. Present to customers documentation to support the Hygiene Operation including Chemical Data Sheets, Training Records and completion/sign-off back to production records. Assist in the planning and delivery of customer audits/visits which may be announced or unannounced and ensure the team is clear on what is required of them. Ensure all work conforms to the processes and procedures of the ‘Quality Management System’ and ‘Health and Safety Management System’. Contracted hours: 40 hours – Full Time Hourly Rate: £15.30 per hour Working Hours: 8pm-4am Shift Pattern: Mon-Sun, any 5 days out of 7 What’s in it for you?
