As a Night Manager at Dalata Hotel Group, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth running of the hotel during the night shift. This is a pivotal role that requires the ability to work under pressure, multitask and handle various situations with professionalism and efficiency. Your primary responsibilities will include: Overseeing the hotel operations during the night shift Managing the night staff and ensuring they are performing their duties correctly Assisting guests with any queries or issues they may have during their stay Ensuring the hotel is secure and safe during the night shift Completing various administrative tasks such as preparing reports and updating databases Handling cash and card transactions Qualifications and Experience
The ideal candidate will have: Experience working in a similar role within the Catering & Hospitality industry Strong leadership skills and the ability to manage a team Excellent communication and customer service skills Attention to detail and the ability to multitask Good IT skills, including knowledge of hotel management software Benefits
