With 16 care homes across the UK, our client is known for creating supportive, positive environments for both residents and staff.
This purpose-built facility in Airdrie offers care for 74 residents across 3 units, specializing in both nursing and dementia care. The home is highly regarded within the local community for its warm, family-like atmosphere and boasts a longstanding, supportive team.

Key Responsibilities:
Provide nursing care in line with best practices, legal requirements, and company policies Develop and implement person-centred care plans in collaboration with residents, families, and the multidisciplinary team Promote resident dignity, privacy, and independence, respecting their individual choices and preferences Administer medication in accordance with regulatory standards Ensure the safety and well-being of all residents
Essential Requirements:
Registered Nurse (RGN/RMN) with a valid PIN In-depth knowledge of the NMC Code of Practice and healthcare standards Experience in person-centred care planning A genuine passion for delivering high-quality care
