To establish and uphold the utmost level of care within the home. Adhere to the home's policies and procedures. Oversee the care and ancillary staff in the home. The individual in this role will guarantee the delivery of safe and efficient patient care while collaborating as a cohesive team member. Operate in alignment with the NMC Code of Professional Standards of Practice and Behaviour for Nurses and Midwives 2015. Administer medications and treatments according to care plans, ensuring proper dosage and timing. Monitor vital signs regularly, conducting health assessments to evaluate residents' well-being and promptly address any deviations from normal ranges. Requirements:
NMC Registered Previous experience within a similar role
