You will assess, plan, and deliver individualized care plans, working closely with the care team to support residents living with various stages of dementia. Key Responsibilities: Provide high-quality care for individuals with dementia in a residential care setting Administer medications and treatments, following care plans and maintaining accurate records Support families and loved ones, offering guidance and comfort Lead, supervise, and support a team of care staff Promote and ensure a safe and comfortable environment for residents Ensure compliance with CQC guidelines and best practice standards Encourage and engage residents in daily activities that enhance their quality of life What We’re Looking For: Valid NMC registration as a Registered Nurse (RGN/RN) Experience in Dementia Care or a passion for working with elderly individuals Excellent communication and interpersonal skills A compassionate and patient approach to nursing care Ability to work effectively as part of a team Knowledge of care standards and regulatory requirements Apply Now!
