Are you a Registered Nurse looking for an exciting opportunity in Worcester? Our client, a leader in neurological rehabilitation, is seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse to join their award-winning team. This role offers a chance to work in a highly specialised environment, providing care for individuals with a variety of neurological conditions. The role available is for a Nurse to work night shifts.

Our client is a prominent provider of neurological rehabilitation services, renowned for their specialised and varied support for individuals with complex neurological needs. They are committed to enhancing the independence and quality of life for their patients, offering both short-term rehabilitation and long-term care solutions.

The Registered Nurse will:

Provide expert care for patients with complex neurological needs. Utilise clinical skills such as stoma care, peg feeds, and catheter care. Work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team. Deliver both short-term rehabilitation and long-term care. Ensure compliance with current clinical standards and policies. Maintain excellent communication with patients and team members. Work night shifts, 8pm-8am - 36, 42 or 48 hours per week depending on your preference.

Package and Benefits:

As a Registered Nurse, you'll receive: Annual salary of £49,358 - £56,410. Welcome bonus of £5,000. 6.6 weeks of annual leave. Paid breaks and enhanced overtime rates. The ideal Registered Nurse will:

Hold a valid NMC pin and be qualified as RGN, RMN, or RNLD. Have excellent clinical skills and a commitment to patient care. Possess strong communication and teamwork abilities. Ideally have experience in a similar environment, though not essential. Be knowledgeable about current clinical standards and policies.
