We are seeking a dedicated Night Registered Veterinary Nurse to join our team in Ellesmere Port, Cheshire. This position is suited for someone who thrives in the fast-paced environment of emergency critical care and has a passion for providing affordable veterinary care. Key Responsibilities

Provide comprehensive overnight care for inpatients, ensuring their comfort and monitoring their condition. Assist in theatre during emergency surgeries and perform necessary procedures. Triage incoming cases to prioritise urgent care. Utilise advanced equipment, including CT scanners, to support diagnostic processes. Maintain a high standard of care in separate dog and cat wards, including specialised ICU units for intensive nursing care. Skills and Qualifications

Registered Veterinary Nurse, qualified and currently registered with RCVS. Proven experience in emergency and critical care nursing. Strong ability to work autonomously and make critical decisions in a fast-paced environment. Excellent communication skills for effective teamwork and compassionate client interactions. Demonstrated ability to handle a varied and challenging caseload, including medical and surgical emergencies. Our Offer

A competitive salary up to £31,100, depending on experience. An average of 31.1 hrs a week worked with a rota pattern of 7:14 providing good work life balance. Hours are 18:30 - 7:30hrs with your working week being Monday - Sunday. Comprehensive benefits package including: 6 weeks of holiday, including bank holidays, as per the rota.
