A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a Night Nurse Lead to join a multi-disciplinary referral hospital in Livingston.
This key leadership role involves guiding the night nursing and VCA teams, ensuring the delivery of outstanding patient care and supporting a cohesive, efficient work environment. You will work closely with the Head of Nursing Services and collaborate with team leaders across the practice to maintain the highest standards of care.
This position demands a strong, inclusive leader who can inspire and motivate the team while adhering to practice policies and deliver nursing strategy. Your responsibilities will include performance reviews, training, and coordinating the night team to achieve practice goals. Approximately 90% of your time will be spent on clinical duties, providing excellent care to patients within the hospital.
The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years' experience in a referral setting and demonstrate effective leadership, scheduling, and mentoring skills. This is a great opportunity for a highly motivated self-starter with a passion for patient care, team collaboration, and professional development.
