What we are looking for: We are looking for a professional and experienced Night Shift Line Leader to join our growing Production team. As a Night Shift Line Leader, you will support the Shift Manager/Production Manager with ensuring all shift goals are delivered in a safe fashion. Key responsibilities as a Night Shift Line Leader will be to: Manage the daily production function of the line/team. Ensure all information relating to your production line is communicated appropriately to the team and/or Production Manager. Ensure that Full Traceability is achieved for every batch of product through accurate recording of paperwork. Support the Production Manager in the implementation and improvement of procedures and processes to ensure the highest standard of work is produced. Positively motivate colleagues and assist in progressing the team's development needs through cross-training and continuous assessment of requirements. Monitor staff performance and escalate any poor/under performance. Required experience/expertise to succeed as a Night Shift Line Leader will include: Approachable and team player, can work well within the team or on own initiative. Previous experience managing teams, ideally in a food production environment. Health & Safety experience and focus. Self-motivated, good time management.
