Here at Tortilla, we are seeking to recruit a Night Shift Manager to lead our Night Shift team in the Central Production Kitchen in Tottenham Hale! You will join us on a full-time, permanent contract, and in return, you will receive a competitive salary of up to £45,000 per annum, plus bonus potential.

As our Night Shift Manager, you’ll be responsible for ensuring the night operations of the Central Production Unit are managed effectively and in line with company standards. We’ll provide you with full training on our products and the Tortilla story, and in return, you’ll create and champion a positive working environment. You'll ensure that top-quality food is produced in line with Health & Safety standards, manage production output during the shift, ensure staff are working safely, and proactively manage equipment and resources to minimize downtime.
It’s great if you’ve worked in a Production Unit or Central Kitchen, but we’d also love to hear from you if you’ve been a Production Kitchen Manager in a food factory setting. High standards in food hygiene and Health & Safety are a must, as are a strong work ethic and a focus on maintaining a happy team. Most of all, we need someone who is ready to be a passionate advocate for our #eatfresh motto!
