where we support them to reach their full potential. About You Previous experience within a care profession is not essential for this role , as long as you have a good understanding of caring for children. Our residents can present with challenging behaviour and it is important that you are
compassionate, have excellent communication skills, with a calm professional demeanour.
You will need to have basic IT skills, be able to adapt to different situations and have the motivation to provide the very best care for our residents at all times. You will be joining a successful and experienced team and
we will provide you with the training and support required to develop into this role.
You will be required to complete a Level 3 Children and Young People's Workforce Diploma.
