Join our dedicated team as a Night Veterinary Surgeon at Animal Trust Bolton, Greater Manchester, and contribute significantly to our mission of providing accessible and affordable veterinary care. This role is vital for managing the overnight care of both surgical and medical inpatients, as well as new admissions in one of our busiest hospitals, which also serves as an out-of-hours hub for three other Animal Trust surgeries. Key Responsibilities

Provide high-quality emergency and critical care to a diverse caseload, including new admissions and ongoing inpatient care. Utilize advanced diagnostic and treatment facilities, including on-site CT scanning, to deliver optimal veterinary care. Collaborate with a dedicated night team of Registered Veterinary Nurses (RVNs) and support staff to ensure seamless patient and client service. Ensure clear communication with day team staff for consistent patient care. Engage in continuous learning and application of the latest veterinary practices to enhance service delivery. Skills and Qualifications

Qualified Veterinary Surgeon with a strong background in Emergency and Critical Care (ECC). Proven ability to handle a fast-paced and varied caseload with competence and empathy. Excellent communication skills, capable of building trust and understanding with pet owners and colleagues. Commitment to our social mission of reducing the financial barriers to veterinary care. Competitive salary ranging from £60,000 to £80,000. Flexible working patterns, including a part-time 7 on, 14 off rota, accommodating other flexible shift options.
