Posted 14 Nov at 9:38 am | Full Time, Part Time, Permanent | Penzance, Cornwall | LEAP1016 | Base £55,000 to £70,000 p/a Leapfrog Recruitment are recruiting on behalf of a fantastic Veterinary Surgery situated in Penzance, Cornwall who are looking for a Small Animal Veterinary Surgeon to join their Night Team on a 7 on 21 off rota. 7 nights in every 21 – with a flexible rota 3 week rota pattern Salary: £55,000 to £70,000 per annum A well-established and highly respected practice, that is committed to development and improvement of its facilities ensuring they have state-of-the-art diagnostic and surgical equipment. As a dedicated OOHs Vet surgeon, your duties will include: Patient handovers between day and night teams Management of hospitalised medical cases overnight Dealing with Small Animal Emergency calls forwarded to you by the OOH nurse Providing surgical, medical, and ECC care to emergency presentations Salary range from £55,000 to £70,000 per annum and benefits package which includes: 6.6 weeks paid holiday (to be taken during non-working weeks) £1750 CPD Allowance per annum Health Shield – wide-ranging contributions for health and wellbeing treatments – from dentistry to sports massage RCVS Membership paid Two other membership subscriptions VDS cover Enhanced paternity, maternity, adoption, shared parental leave, and surrogacy pay Discounted veterinary fees My Perks – offers, discounts, and cashback on shopping, travel, entertainment, and much more Cycle to Work scheme CPD/training support Company sick pay Annual pay reviews Focus on employee wellbeing Career progression opportunities Interested?
