Nights Maintenance Engineer Location: Northampton Shift Pattern: 4 on 4 off Salary: Up to £60k Benefits: 24 Shifts Holidays Employee Assistance Program Pension - Up to 10% matched Healthcare Cashback Plan Discounts Platform We are working with a market-leading manufacturing company based in Northampton, who are looking for a Nights Maintenance Engineer with strong electrical knowledge to join their small team on a highly automated site. The main roles and responsibilities will include working on PPMs and breakdowns on manufacturing machinery on site. There is a well-thought-out maintenance plan in place, meaning the majority of works are preventative, reducing the stress and pressure on shifts. You'll be working in a team of engineers reporting to the Engineering Lead. As a business, they look to develop employees, paying for extensive training on all equipment on site. The business also offers progression plans and opportunities to move to further positions UK wide if you were to look to relocate in the future! If you have experience within an FMCG Environment and have strong electrical experience, please apply!
