Night Manager
to join our team. About the Role: This full-time position offers an exciting opportunity to oversee hotel operations during the night, ensuring smooth transitions and exceptional guest experiences. As Night Manager, you will support the Management Team in driving the effective operation of the Front Office and other outlets, upholding the highest standards of service and guest satisfaction. Key Responsibilities: Oversee all aspects of the hotel operations during the Night period. Provide leadership to the night team, fostering a collaborative and guest-focused environment. Assume responsibilities for the health, safety and security of the guests and hotels during the night period. Oversee the completion of night audits and prepare financial and operational reports. Respond promptly and professionally to any guest complaints, adhering to hotel policies and escalating as necessary. Uphold Hyatt’s commitment to delivering exceptional experiences to all guests. (three to five years in a 4* or 5* property) Proficiency in Opera hotel system is mandatory. Strong IT and communication skills.
