Night Manager

to join our team at [Hotel Name]. This role is pivotal in ensuring the smooth and efficient overnight operations of the hotel, representing senior management during night hours, and maintaining the highest standards of guest satisfaction, safety, and security. Key Responsibilities: Overseeing the nightly audit and reconciliation of hotel operations. Ensuring accurate reporting and statistical analysis. Supervising and supporting the front office and other departments during the night shift. Managing guest relations, handling inquiries, and ensuring top-tier customer service. Conducting security checks and ensuring guest safety. Supervising room service operations and ensuring compliance with food safety standards. Providing leadership and training to night staff, ensuring adherence to hotel policies and procedures. Additional Information: Experience is an asset. Prior experience working with Opera or a related system. Strong interpersonal and problem-solving abilities. Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
