ZEST/SJ/NPM Are you a Production Manager or Manufacturing Manager with experience operating in standalone roles or on Nightshift?
We are currently working with a multi-site, fast-paced food manufacturer who is looking for a Nightshift Production Manager to join the team.
You will be responsible for leadership of the Production Supervisors, leading their development, upholding food safety, health and safety, and quality standards, and driving Continuous Improvement/Lean Manufacturing.
To be successful in this role, you will need to have 3-5+ years of experience at the Production Manager level, be a hands-on strong leader who can work autonomously, have a background in Continuous Improvement, and possess an analytical mindset.
