Our fabulous Kilwinning team are on the lookout for compassionate and creative individuals with a positive attitude to join them as Nightshift Support Practitioners. These posts are 36hrs per week worked as 3x12hr shifts (8pm-8am). The roles are predominantly nightshift; however, some dayshift working may be required at times (8am-8pm). You don't need experience in care to start your career with us; we recruit on values and transferable skills. We'll give you all the training you need to be an amazing Support Practitioner, including a fully funded SVQ. Happily, we can accept non-drivers for these roles! To be part of our team, we'll need you to: Have an empathetic and caring nature. Good observation skills. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Confidence in using computers. Be able to work well in a team environment and on your own. Good organisational skills. Benefits Generous annual leave.
