Oxfordshire I have an opportunity for a No.1 Site Manager to join a well-established Main Contractor on a permanent basis, working on projects throughout Oxford. The company has been operating for over a century, carrying out a range of new build and refurbishment projects across multiple sectors including residential, commercial, healthcare, and education, up to £5m in value. The business has a lot of work ongoing and in the pipeline and is looking to bring in another Site Manager to join them as soon as possible. A lot of their work is in occupied buildings, so they are looking for someone comfortable and familiar doing this. The ideal Site Manager will have experience working on new build and refurbishment projects across a variety of sectors on projects up to £5m in value. Additionally, a carpentry background is preferable.
