We are now recruiting No7 Advisors for our Braehead store. We are looking for candidates to join us from January onwards and who can be flexible to meet our customers’ needs. Your basic hours will be 20 per week, and your days of work will be Sunday to Saturday. You will cover shifts between the hours of 10am and 9pm which will include weekends. The exact shift patterns will be discussed at the interview stage. Salary : £24,245.10 - £26,884.69 for full-time hours depending on location. For part-time hours, the salary will be pro-rata. About the Role As a No7 Advisor, you will engage with customers and provide personalised beauty consultations. You will work onsite and report to the Assistant Store Manager or Store Manager. Your main responsibilities will include:
Building great relationships with customers and colleagues Providing personalised consultations using the latest skincare, makeup, and beauty products Meeting your sales targets and informing customers about our No7 offers and in-store promotions Completing our award-winning 12-month Skin School development programme Sharing knowledge and tips with your wider store team, creating a vibrant and supportive working environment Ensuring your counter is beautifully presented to showcase the range of No7 skincare and beauty products
What You’ll Need Essential skills or experience needed to succeed in this role:
Welcoming each customer and treating everyone with empathy and understanding Enjoying meeting sales targets and contributing to team performance Loving to learn and keeping up to date with the latest skincare and beauty trends Being comfortable working both independently and within a team Desiring to be a proud brand ambassador for No7 and helping our customers find the best products for them
