An exciting opportunity has arisen to join our dynamic team within the Paediatric Unit. The successful applicants will need to have experience dealing with the general public; they will have good IT skills and remain calm under pressure in this challenging role. A good telephone manner, confidence, and a positive helpful manner are essential. Duties will include answering the telephone, filing, using the Careflow, and booking appointments. Full training will be provided for the successful candidate. The successful applicant will find this role challenging, exciting, and rewarding. The postholder will be expected to provide clerical, administrative, and information technology support to medical, nursing, and other staff in relation to the patients being cared for within the Unit. Although primarily based within a particular area/ward, the postholder may be required to work anywhere in the trust to cover short-term absence. Working for Our Organisation
You will be part of a group of employees which comprises doctors, nursing staff, support staff, and clerical/administrative staff who provide a high standard of service to children, young people, and their families.
