Deal with managers/ENH Pharma/HSSD/Health records in solving any transport issues. Be responsible for conducting sickness return to work with staff. Qualifications / Training
Educated to GCSE level or equivalent in Maths and English Supervisory qualification or equivalent experience. Willingness to undertake training as required Previous Experience
Previous experience of working within a related field Previous staff supervision experience - managing attendance, absence, performance and training needs of a team Previous experience working within the NHS Skills
Competent use of Microsoft Office (Word and Excel) Ability to communicate fluently in English Good interpersonal skills Ability to organise a team Well organised and able to manage own workload Ability to prioritise and work to deadlines Working on own initiative or as part of a team Manual handling and lifting Knowledge
An understanding of confidentiality and its place in the NHS Knowledge of Health & Safety Requirements Knowledge of Information & Governance requirements within the NHS Disclosure and Barring Service Check
