Our client is a rapidly growing tech business. Their private equity investors seek a non-executive chair for the board. The Board has the responsibility to develop the strategic direction of the co-operative and ensure the functions of the organisation are delivered efficiently and cost-effectively. Key Attributes of the Role Include:

Effective communicator to all stakeholders. Demonstrate the highest personal standards regarding honesty, reliability, and commitment to the role. Ability to chair meetings effectively and efficiently. Provide support and guidance to the Executive team in delivering the organisational strategies. I am seeking an individual with a proven track record of chairing private equity backed tech businesses which have scaled rapidly. This is not therefore the right role for an ex-MP or someone with a background in Quangos or the public sector.
