Non-Executive Director - High Growth

We are excited to be working with a family-owned business who has been making a difference across the UK for over 25 years and are now looking for a Non-Executive Director to join their Directors board. You will work closely with the Directors, offering insights and advice based on your expertise in finance and business growth.
The individual:
We are specifically looking for individuals with backgrounds in
Finance and Business Growth . Sector is flexible, provided you have experience across multi-site and acquisitions within your field of expertise. Ideally you will be an experienced NED with a previous board role for a family run business.
Requirements:
Proven experience in a senior role (CFO/NED or Chair) within finance or business growth. Experience with multi-sites and acquisitions. Proven experience working with family-owned businesses is preferred. Excellent strategic thinking and problem-solving skills. Strong emotional intelligence Ability to provide independent, objective advice and challenge constructively. Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills. Demonstrate unwavering commitment to ethical principles and consistently uphold the highest standards of integrity in all professional interactions and decision-making.
