- Role Overview: As the Chair of Risk, you will hold the Senior Management Function (SMF10) responsibility, leading the bank's risk governance framework. This role is crucial in ensuring that the bank's risk management practices are robust, effective, and aligned with regulatory

standards across all jurisdictions. Non-Executive Director

- Key Responsibilities: - Lead the Risk Committee, providing strategic guidance on risk appetite, risk policies, and risk management - Oversee the development and implementation of risk management frameworks - Collaborate with senior executives and the board to ensure the bank's risk strategies align with business objectives - Monitor and evaluate emerging risks, regulatory changes, and industry trends to ensure proactive risk mitigation - Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards in the bank’s operating regions - Provide expert advice on complex risk-related issues and support the bank in achieving sustainable growth Non-Executive Director

- Requirements: - Extensive experience in risk management within the banking or financial services sector - Proven leadership in a senior risk role, ideally as a Chair or senior member of a Risk Committee - In-depth understanding of global regulatory environments, particularly in jurisdictions relevant to the bank’s operations - Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills - Ability to navigate complex, multi-jurisdictional challenges with a strategic mindset Non-Executive Director
