Act as the first point of contact for all administrative enquiries relating to the Non-Medical Education/Workforce. Monitor and maintain generic inboxes, sorting and prioritising e-mails and escalating urgent requests as necessary. Assist the Support Liaison Manager for Non-Medical Education/Workforce in collating key information and ensuring accurate and timely responses both external/internal. Assist in the collection of data for statistical and reporting purposes, ensuring high levels of accuracy. Format files, forms and letters. Manage diaries for training events/meetings, liaising and negotiating with external stakeholders to arrange suitable dates. Prepare agendas and collate relevant attachments, attend meetings and take minutes and action trackers for meetings ensuring agendas and minutes are distributed in a timely manner. Undertake fact-finding and dissemination of information as required and defined. Provide ad-hoc project support for the Support Liaison Manager for Non-Medical Education/Workforce. Assess, prioritise and action own workload.
