The Role
We are looking for an ambitious and driven Non-Medical Non-Clinical Recruitment Consultant to join our dynamic team in London. This is a 360 recruitment role, giving you the opportunity to manage both the client and candidate sides of the recruitment process. You will build and maintain strong relationships, deliver exceptional service, and play a vital role in our clients' and candidates' success.
Key Responsibilities
Client-Focused Responsibilities
Identify new business opportunities and secure partnerships with healthcare and public sector organisations. Conduct client meetings to understand their recruitment needs and provide tailored solutions. Negotiate terms of business and ensure clear communication of expectations. Manage client accounts, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and long-term partnerships. Provide regular updates to clients on recruitment progress and market insights.
Candidate-Focused Responsibilities Advertise job vacancies on multiple platforms to attract high-quality candidates. Proactively source and headhunt candidates using databases, social media, and networking. Screen and interview candidates to assess skills, experience, and cultural fit. Provide career advice and guidance to candidates, ensuring they feel supported throughout the process. Maintain an active talent pool for future roles and build long-term relationships with candidates.
Recruitment Cycle Responsibilities Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to placement, ensuring a smooth and professional experience for both clients and candidates. Coordinate and schedule interviews, providing feedback to both parties promptly. Handle offer negotiations, including salary discussions and start dates. Ensure compliance with all industry regulations, employment laws, and internal policies.
Operational Responsibilities Maintain accurate and up-to-date records on the CRM system. Track and report key performance indicators (KPIs), including placements, revenue, and client retention rates. Stay informed on industry trends, competitor activity, and changes in recruitment best practices. Collaborate with the marketing team to develop job advertisements and employer branding strategies. Support team members with cross-divisional projects and initiatives as required.
What We're Looking For Proven experience in a recruitment consultant role, preferably within a 360 capacity. Experience or understanding of the healthcare, public sector, or NMNC industries is an advantage. Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. A proactive approach with the ability to identify and act on opportunities. Strong organisational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritise and meet deadlines. A positive, resilient attitude with a focus on achieving and exceeding targets.
