Provide specialist advice and psychoeducational support to colleagues both within and outside the Trust, fostering integrated care for clients with ADHD. Mentor junior staff, including nurses and healthcare assistants, providing supervision, guidance, and support on clinical cases. Lead complex case discussions during MDT meetings, supporting team learning and development in ADHD care. Support the induction, training, and ongoing development of new team members within the Adult ADHD Service, ensuring high standards of care. Communicate sensitive and complex risk-related information effectively to the team, families, and carers in challenging or emotional circumstances. Act as an active member of the MDT, collaborating closely with psychiatrists, psychologists, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated care for adult clients.
