The Position This role leads the O&M & Asset Management Supply Chain teams regionally, accountable for the people, processes, and supply chain relationships required to deliver services across wind, solar, BESS, H2, biomass, and hydro to achieve the Regional Services business plan in alignment with the Global services business plan. Key Accountabilities: Supply Chain Strategy
Input into the O&M & Asset Management supply chain strategy from the North Europe perspective. Support the implementation of approved supply chain strategies and monitor progress against agreed KPIs. Lead and adapt the Supply Chain structure based on specific projects and organizational models. Supply Chain Project Delivery
Support the Global Services Supply Chain Director in defining required strategic suppliers. Align with global purchasing strategy in terms of global agreements and supplier performance. Monitor the market for competitors and partnerships, especially in Spare Parts & Reconditioning Suppliers. Develop new strategic relationships applicable to North Europe O&M Business. Spare Parts & Reconditioning Strategy
Lead and implement the Spare Parts & Reconditioning Business strategy for North Europe. Ensure alignment with Sales department and technology leaders. Build long-lasting profitable relations with customers. People
Lead the Regional Supply Chain team ensuring delivery on agreed priorities. Ensure effective internal communication and coordinate across functions. Work with Human Resources to recruit and develop outstanding talent. Knowledge
Understanding of the O&M supply chain for wind, solar, and BESS. Knowledge of international trade procedures and supplier relationship management. Valuable knowledge of supply chain tools/systems (e.g., SAP). Skills
Proven ability to work strategically and lead through change. Project management skills and experience. Experience
Substantial experience in O&M in solar or wind. Experience leading international teams. P&L responsibility similar or larger than the current business size. Qualifications
