This career grade post is an excellent opportunity for both recently qualified and more experienced building control inspectors alike, who can demonstrate their competency to work unsupervised on domestic projects from the first day of employment. The starting salary will be dependent on your level of registration with the BSR (£37,938 to £41,511 pa - BSR Registration Class 2A to 2D). Responsibilities: It will be your job to undertake the assessment of building regulation applications as part of a team, to ensure works on site comply with prescribed technical standards and approved details. Your work will also include dealing with dangerous structures and enforcing compliance with the regulations. Registered with the Building Safety Regulator at Class 2A for plan check and site inspection work Ability to plan and organise own work effectively Good communication and customer care skills Adhere to professional standards and codes of conduct set by the BSR Registered with the Building Safety Regulator at Classes B, C or D Further information: Job reference PLCA0467.
