Reporting to the UK Sales Manager, your key areas of responsibility will be: Proactively identify, generate and nurture new & existing opportunities & leads. Monitor and actively follow up on opportunities, leads and outstanding quotations, ensuring an up-to-date opportunity funnel. Proactively conduct sales calls (face to face and virtual) and provide timely information to potential customers. Keep our CRM up to date with all relevant account, opportunity, and quote related information. Ensure all sales-related customer information (including quotes) professionally presents the DNV brand, our services, our USP’s, and added value. Contribute positively to the wider DNV Business Assurance UK team with good internal communication and a supportive outlook. Bring a solution-minded attitude toward all customer interactions. The ideal candidate will provide: A good level of sales experience, with a proven ability to meet and exceed targets. Working knowledge of Management Systems Certification/3rd party auditing. Excellent English communication skills - both written and verbal. Pro-active and dynamic approach to daily sales tasks. Ability to handle internal and external customer needs in a professional manner and in keeping with DNV’s values. Able to work both independently as well as in a team. Capable of working under pressure and handling ongoing projects in a structured and highly accurate manner. Desire and willingness to learn and develop. Whilst it is not essential, experience of selling into the Oil & Gas community of Aberdeen would be seen as an advantage.
