NPD Manager
Location: South East England

Contract: Full-time, On-Site (5 days/week) - Hybrid 3 days on site, 2 WFM (After 6 months)
An exciting opportunity has arisen for an NPD Manager to join a leading multinational food company. This role is a fantastic stepping stone for a senior NPD process technologist or product developer wanting a more senior role, or an existing NPD manager who wants a change with excellent opportunities for career progression.
What we are looking for:
Minimum 3, ideally 5 years’ experience working in a similar role. A degree in food technology. Experience working with the ‘Big 4’ Retailers (Tesco, Sainsbury, Aldi, Morrisons, etc). Full UK driving license and right to work. Company benefits include:
A competitive salary. 25 days annual leave in addition to bank holidays - increasing to 27 days after 5 years and a further 3 days after 10 years, up to a maximum of 30 days.
