Our client, in the food manufacturing sector, is on the hunt for an exceptional NPD Manager to join their team. This is your chance to step into a pivotal role, shaping product innovation and driving success in a dynamic environment.

As NPD Manager, you will lead the NPD/EPD team, ensuring seamless delivery of new and existing products that exceed customer expectations. Acting as the primary point of contact for all site-related NPD matters, both internally and externally, you'll oversee the process from trials to first production.

Key Responsibilities:

Inspire and manage a dedicated NPD/EPD team, driving innovation and excellence. Be the face of NPD, engaging directly with customers, coordinating visits, pre-productions, and launches. Oversee site projects, maintaining trackers, hosting meetings, and delivering results on time. Ensure project documentation is audit-ready in collaboration with the Technical Team. Lead and refine the NPD/EPD process, proposing improvements to enhance efficiency. Foster cross-functional relationships, promoting collaboration and a harmonious dynamic. Manage sample requests and keep the broader group informed of site activities.

What You Bring: Proven track record in an FMCG management role, with operational and manufacturing expertise. A customer-focused mindset with the ability to meet diverse client needs. Strong knowledge of technical standards, quality, and compliance. Leadership skills with the ability to motivate and direct your team effectively. A collaborative spirit and excellent communication skills. Experience in managing information effectively and maintaining high standards in Food Safety, HACCP, and GMP.
