NPD Manager - North Lincs, UK (Site-based)

Key Responsibilities:
* Inspire and manage a dedicated NPD/EPD team, driving innovation and excellence.
* Be the face of NPD, engaging directly with customers, coordinating visits, pre-productions, and launches.
* Oversee site projects, maintaining trackers, hosting meetings, and delivering results on time.
* Ensure project documentation is audit-ready in collaboration with the Technical Team.
* Lead and refine the NPD/EPD process, proposing improvements to enhance efficiency.
* Foster cross-functional relationships, promoting collaboration and a harmonious dynamic.
* Manage sample requests and keep the broader group informed of site activities.
