Due to continuous growth, the business is looking to appoint an NPD Project Manager to its team at its facility in Leicestershire.

The role:
As NPD Project Manager you will work with and lead cross-functional teams to ensure the successful end-to-end launch of new products across the UK. You will ensure that customer needs, company objectives, and regulatory and legal requirements are met.
Key accountabilities;
Develop detail project plans which outline clear deadlines, alignment to business objectives, deliverables and tasks.
Ensure clear communication with all internal and external stakeholders throughout and manage clear expectations through project meetings.
Identify and assess risks to projects.
Lead post-launch reviews and identify opportunities to improve processes for future projects.
Candidate requirements:
At least 3 years experience in a similar role within food or drink manufacturing
A degree or equivalent in food science/innovation
A project management certification isn't essential but advantageous
Excellent communication and organisational skills
Detail-oriented with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment on multiple projects.
Good leadership and be able to influence effectively.
