Test Engineer

to join our dynamic team in Redhill. The Engineer supports Testing and validation of liquid cooling Products. The Engineer works closely to develop/support new product development activities including Testing, documentation, and Validation for Liquid Cooling – Thermal Products. What kind of work will you be doing? Work in a multi-disciplinary engineering team for the following products:

Liquid Cooling Product, i.e. Cooling Distribution Unit, Out Door Heat Rejection Chiller Computer Room Air Conditioning (CRAC) In Row Mobile

Prepare product test plan/schedule. Create and review new product testing & validation documentation. Work closely with R&D during reliability testing and performance optimization of system design. Assess system behavior & test results with analytical skills. Lead qualification of lab with respect to ISO, NABL, etc. Knowledge of ASHRAE/UL-Testing/CE/AHRI/ASME/ISO. What will make you successful? 5-8 years of Testing and Validation experience. Thorough knowledge of HVAC DX/CW refrigeration system, unit balancing, brazing, psychrometry, heat transfer, basic electrical, etc. Lead product testing as per NPD/customer witness testing. Working knowledge of products, safety and test-methods, maintenance, and calibration. Strong troubleshooting skills with the ability to solve (and prevent) a wide range of problems quickly and logically. Excellent planning, organizing, documentation, and communication skills. Ability to multitask and operate in cross-functional Global Development Teams. Fluency in English. If
