Location: Aldershot Salary: Up to £45,000 Join our client's innovative team as an NPI Engineer, driving process control and new product introductions in PCB assembly. Collaborate with production, planning, and quality teams to deliver solutions for their diverse, technology-focused clients. Key Responsibilities for the NPI Engineer:

Lead DFM/DFX practices and manage new order processes. Develop technical process flows, instructions, and tooling. Collaborate with customers on ICT and production testing. Research and implement advanced manufacturing techniques. What You'll Need as the NPI Engineer:

Experience in PCBA process control and IPC standards. Strong skills in creating process flows and technical documentation. Excellent organization, attention to detail, and communication abilities. Desirable: Lean Six Sigma, TQM, or AS9100 experience. Benefits for the NPI Engineer:
