I am working with a leading product research and development company, that is seeking a talented NPI & Production Engineer to join their team.
You will be instrumental in ensuring the quality and reliability of industry-leading products, including lighting control, LED video processing, and motion control solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
Overseeing the entire product life cycle, from initial design to mass production Developing and implementing efficient manufacturing processes Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure product quality and timely delivery Identifying and implementing cost-saving measures Troubleshooting production issues and implementing corrective actions
Essential Qualifications:
Strong technical background in engineering or a related field Proven experience in NPI and production engineering Solid understanding of Lean manufacturing principles Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills Strong communication and interpersonal skills
