The Role As an NQ Commercial Litigation Solicitor, you'll be working on a variety of commercial disputes, including contractual disputes, regulatory investigations, and shareholder disputes. You will gain hands-on experience in managing complex cases and providing legal advice to clients involved in both domestic and international litigation matters.
Key Responsibilities Assist with the preparation and management of commercial litigation cases. Draft and review legal documents, including pleadings, witness statements, and settlement agreements. Conduct legal research and analysis for ongoing cases. Communicate directly with clients, keeping them updated on case developments. Support senior lawyers and partners in strategy development and case management.
What We're Looking For Newly qualified solicitor with a strong interest in commercial litigation. Excellent research, drafting, and analytical skills. Strong communication skills and the ability to engage directly with clients.
