Are you an NQ+ Solicitor, Legal Executive or Private Client Paralegal looking to work 2-3 days a week from home?
Our client is an established 6 Partner practice based in West Sussex with roots going back as far as the late 1700’s.
Joining a small but established Wills Probate & Trusts department, the successful individual will be dealing with a mixed caseload acting for Sussex and Surrey clients whilst being supported by an experienced Head of Department.
Responsibilities:
Drafting Wills, LPAs, and handling Estate matters.
Working with Court of Protection, Trusts, or contentious matters (preferred).
Supervising junior team members as the team expands.
Qualifications:
NQ+ Solicitor or Legal Executive, or a Probate Paralegal/Legal Assistant with experience in Private Client work.
IT literate with experience working with Case Management systems.
Some home/remote working will be considered (dependent on experience), with a generous salary, annual leave entitlement, and benefits on offer (including parking).
