Service Care Legal are currently working alongside an award winning firm, based in Lancashire. They are looking for a Newly Qualified Solicitor to join their Private Client team. This role pays a competitive salary of
£30,000 - £35,000
annually depending on experience. Responsibilities as a NQ Private Client Solicitor:
Managing Court of Protection and Private Client caseload. Drafting Wills, Trusts, Lasting Powers of Attorney, and dealing with Trust and Estate Administration. Dealing with clients in person and remotely. Working with the marketing team and producing content related to private client work. About You as a NQ Private Client Solicitor:
Experience dealing with Court of Protection matters, probate, wills, trusts, and services for the elderly. Be organised, ambitious, and have good decision-making skills. Able to work with a high caseload and under pressure. Benefits:
