Thriving practice in the heart of the South West is looking for a real estate solicitor to join their agricultural team to work on a range of agricultural land and property work. As the real estate solicitor in this strong agricultural team, you will be working on agricultural landlord and tenant, mainly on behalf of the business tenant. You will be joining the Bath office on a hybrid basis.
Working for a number of estates, farming businesses and institutional clients, you will be working on a varied transactional caseload. This team are looking to hire due to growth in the team.
You will be a qualified solicitor with experience in real estate, especially landlord and tenant. If this has been in agricultural landlord and tenant, that would be preferable but you must atleast have an interest in this type of work. If you are an NQ or have up to 3 years' PQE, please apply.
