During 2025 our experienced Consultants will be assisting the leading private practice firms across the South West region add NQ Solicitors to high performing teams across all legal sectors.
Ahead of qualification dates - we are keen to hear of your plans, offer consultation and to ensure you are in pole position to secure a high quality NQ role upon qualification.
In addition - Oculus Legal Group will also be running NQ events during the course of 2025 - a great chance to meet our team in person and secure expert advice.
The Opportunity
Regardless if you are looking to qualify into Family, Construction, Corporate, Property, Commercial, Disputes, Banking, Employment, Private Client or another area of law - we have you covered.
Typically the NQ roles we cover will ensure exposure to a wide range of work and will be involved in all team activity, developing client relationships and assisting with business development initiatives.
You will take a solutions-led approach, listening to the client’s challenges and providing a bespoke, premium solution. You’ll benefit from all the support you need to develop your networking and client-facing skills, whilst continuing to develop your technical skills too.
In a very collaborative environment you will be immersed into a busy, active team and benefit from supportive training and development from structured initiatives' and via the working practices of some of the most experienced lawyers in your field.
What’s needed to be considered?
Be either approaching qualification or recently qualified
Having covered a seat in either Corporate or Personal Injury (as applicable)
