Accuflex has a great opportunity for a talented and motivated Solicitor (NQ to 5 years PQE) with experience in private client work to join our client, a reputable law firm, in Cumbria. This role offers an excellent opportunity to work in a friendly legal team, providing tailored legal advice to individuals and families.
Key Responsibilities:
Drafting Wills, Powers of Attorney, and Trust Deeds.
Advising on estate planning, including inheritance tax and capital gains tax.
Managing probate and administration of estates.
Providing guidance on charitable trusts and compliance.
Supporting high-net-worth individuals with investments, taxation, and estate management.
Assisting clients in setting up offshore trusts and providing investment advice.
Required Experience:
Qualified Solicitor in England and Wales.
Strong experience in private client law, including estate planning and administration.
Excellent interpersonal and client management skills.
Comprehensive knowledge of UK tax laws related to inheritance and trusts.
